R : The predicted accuracy is conditioned by the respect of installation conditions, in particular the upstream right lenghts. The knowledge of the geometrical characteristics of the pipe (diameter, thickness) is also an important factor of prediction. R : It first depends on the instrument.(ex : 1 Mo on the Digisonic P and 256 Ko on the Digisonic E). Then, it is linked to the number of parameters we want to record.(4 or 9 variables in addition to the date, the hour) and following the chosen recording step; it changes from 1 seconde to 24 hours.

Examples :
With a 1Mo card :
- 4 parameters stamped with the hour and date on 1 min : 22 recording days.
- 9 parameters stamped with the hour and date on 10 min : 113 recording days.

R : A combination of flow measurement is composed of an ultrasonic pair of probes connected by cables to a measurement converter. The probes can be external on the pipe or intrusive, in this case in contact with the fluid.

R : The principle of transit time measurement uses the applications on all homogeneous, monophasic liquid whether it is conductor or not, as ultrapure water.

R : The external probes can be used on all material types including with coating (steel, stainless steel, PVC, cast-iron, asbestos, cement) except concrete. In this case, the concrete is a heterogeneous mixture of cement and stones. In the concrete case the intrusive probes with a saddle tee are essential. The probes will be selected according to the kind of liquid, to the kind and diameter of the pipe. These information are necessary for the Ultraflux engineers to propose you the best adapted material for your applications.

R : The external source must permit a supply between 12V and 50V. A battery of car is convenient. A specific cable is necessary.

R : A software of portable and fixed instruments (range UF 322) permits the extraction of data from the memory card. The recorded data are compatible with a software such as Excel, and permit in that way the obtention of curves as the flow according to time. The recording step can be set between 1 seconde and 24 hours. The software is also important to download the calibration files in the instrument.

R : All the OS 32 bits (95-98-NT-2000-ME).

R : Several internal totalisers permit the volume calculation.
